Replacement Policy

Replacement of a product is permitted only under the following circumstances:

  1. The customer can request a replacement for the product unit within 2 days from the date of delivery, subject to any conditions specified with the product.
  2. Replacement can be requested if the customer establishes that the product was delivered in a defective condition or has physical damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  3. A replacement with a new unit in its original packaging can be provided if the customer establishes that the product is not functioning properly within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
  4. If the customer receives damaged or defective items, we kindly request that they report the issue to our dedicated customer support team. To ensure a prompt resolution, please follow the steps below:
  5. Take clear pictures or record a video showcasing the nature of the issue/defect.
  6. Send the visual documentation via WhatsApp to +91 9323259631 or email it to sales@blancaairpistol.co.in.

Upon receiving the visual evidence, a member of the Blanca Air Pistol team will promptly verify the issue. We strive to address all requests within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the products.

  1. If the customer believes that the received product does not match the description on the website or specifications, they must notify our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our support team will investigate the complaint and make the appropriate decision.
  2. In the case of a replacement, the entire product package, including the product and its accessories etc, must be handed over to the courier arranged by us. The customer will need to ensure its packed well to be returned to us safely so that we can understand and take the appropriate measures.

A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

  1. Customer dissatisfaction with the Look/Sound/Power/Range/Accuracy/Packaging/Quality of a defect-free product.
  2. Failure to report physical damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  3. Damage caused by Mishandling or damaged caused by the user.

Please note that no returns or refunds will be provided. However, the customer can request a replacement product or ask for the product to be repaired by paying the necessary charges only
